Returns & Exchanges

At Cole Buxton™, we offer a 14-day returns policy for all orders placed through our online store, provided items are returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.
